The laboratory was established in 2002 and now covers an area of more than 800 square meters. It is equipped with a laboratory, a three coordinate measurement room, a salt spray test room, a temperature test room, a measurement room, a metallographic room, and a physical and chemical room. The test environmental conditions and equipment meet the standard requirements.
The laboratory is equipped with full-time professional inspection technicians, of which the inspectors have many years of inspection and test experience, and have received professional training. The personnel quality meets the requirements. At present, the laboratory has a series of test equipment and instruments such as size test and product performance test, and the experimental means are relatively complete.
In 2004, the laboratory passed the examination of three measuring tools. It passed the measurement management system certification in 2011. In 2013, it passed the approval and audit of the supplier Laboratory of the test department of JAC Automotive Technology Center.
Test items carried out by the laboratory: metallographic inspection, chemical analysis, hardness inspection, verification and maintenance of measuring instruments, corrosion resistance test, metal mechanical property test, rubber ozone aging resistance test, variable speed control mechanism assembly performance strength test and labor durability test, pull rod connector assembly performance strength and durability reliability test, steering transmission shaft assembly performance strength and fatigue durability test, three coordinate detection Surface roughness profile detection and surface image projection detection; The verification of three major categories of measuring instruments has been reviewed by Yuhuan municipal market supervision administration and Taizhou Municipal Bureau of quality and technology supervision. The calibration and verification of measuring instruments can be carried out independently, and the report issued has legal effect.
The laboratory has maintained long-term cooperative relations with third-party laboratories such as puni testing group, CIMC standard technical services Co., Ltd., Yuhuan metrological verification and testing institute, Taizhou Bureau of quality and technical supervision, etc.
The measurement system of the laboratory shall be periodically verified by Yuhuan Municipal Bureau of technical supervision recognized by ISO guideline 25.
The physical and chemical system shall be tested by a test institution approved by ISO guide 25.
The laboratory shall establish a laboratory quality system that meets the requirements of the quality system according to the requirements of customers, the basic requirements of TS16949:2009 and the requirements of iso/iec17025. To meet the needs of continuous improvement.
